Recording Disclaimer for the Conference 2020

 

When you participate in the IGNITE Conference 2020, you will be participating in an event where photography, video and audio recording may occur.

 

By participating in the IGNITE Conference 2020, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or for any other purpose(s) that IGNITE Movement, its affiliates and/or representatives deems fit to use. You release IGNITE Movement and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.

 

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by IGNITE Movement or the person or entity designated to do so by IGNITE Movement.

 

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before participating in the IGNITE Movement event.
 

If you do not wish to be recorded, but would like to attend our Conference anyway, here are a few steps that you can take if you are participating online:

• Change your participant name displayed in Zoom (e.g. just use your first name)

• Disable your audio and mute yourself

• Do not upload an identifiable profile picture

• Do not communicate via the chat

If you are participating physically and would not like to be recorded, make sure to sit outside of the filming frame.
